The entrance / dining hall is impressive, with exposed stone walls and the original wood oven. The walls are five metres high to the exposed cypress ceiling giving a feeling of space.

To the right two steps lead down into a large farmhouse kitchen with stone worktops and sink and a range of handmade kitchen units and floor to ceiling cypress cupboards. A small window overlooks the courtyard and double glazed and shuttered doors lead out onto the main courtyard.

Also accessed from the dining area, through double 3 metre high doors is the lounge. It has a raised veranda, beautifully complimented by bougainvillea and pots of succulent plants and a covered area providing shade for a large locally made cypress table. With a variety of large and small pots and very productive ancient vines it provides ambience and a wonderful place to socialise.
 
  •  The Gardens
Mainly landscaped with the exception of a large area of ground that is covered in wild flowers. This area would be suitable for a variety of uses. Vines, olive trees or of course to provide additional accommodation. The whole property is surrounded by dry stone walls and is fenced. The area to the front of the house, accessed from the front courtyard is planted with a variety of fruit trees including, oranges, mulberry, bay, walnut, almond, pomegranate, pear, plum and peach and also has a sunken herb garden surrounding the ancient well. The second garden area is accessed from the main courtyard and is also planted with a variety of trees including mulberry, hibiscus, rubber, Indian Bead, Holm Oak, apricot, yucca, lemon, kumquat and fig.
